Last night I was watching Transformers for the, I don't know how many times now', but towards the end of the movie when Optimus Prime and Megatron were fighting, and Megatron had said a few things during the fight. The first was when he told Prime that he fights for the weak and that is why he was going to die. The second was when he said to Prime that the humans don't deserve to live, Prime responded saying, "they have the right to choose for themselves."
After I had seen this movie so many times it was the first time that I had thought about what was said. It reminded me of how another war was happening even now. I remembered the war that had started many years ago in the heavens between the angels. As I remembered reading how Daniel wrote about his fast, and how the Prince of Persia had fought with Gabriel, and Gabriel had to call over Michael to help out. In the end the demon Prince of Persia was defeated and Gabriel was free to carry on God's work.
As Satan longs to rule creation, Jesus comes on the scene, and another war begins. This is a war that gives men and women a hand in the war through the blood of Jesus. As Satan tells Jesus that humanity doesn't deserve to live, and Jesus tells him that it is our right to choose. How awesome is that, that we have a God that allows us to choose and not force Himself on humanity. After reading this, I only hope that you have made that choice to live for Jesus, but if you have not, I hope that you will take some time to think about it. Jesus loves you.
